This sucks big-time! I'm sorry to hear about
the issues that you're having. Can you talk to your clients and give them
a month free, or offer dialup for free as a backup? Anything to keep
them.
Also, when you say your APPO failed 3 times, what
did it do? If there is anything I can do to help let me know.
