Yes MikroTik uses Ascend-Data-Rate and Ascend-Xmit-Rate (either you can use them as a pair or you can use 2 Ascend-Data-Rate however when using Ascend-Data-Rate you might have to do special things on your radius server to send both values in freeradius you need to spec += as operant instead of the normal := )
