It all depends on how high you mount your antenna. The antenna you have now may work great if you lower it some. You should calculate the minimum coverage radius by using:
TAN(antenna's built-in downtilt in degrees) = (Height of your tower) / (minimum coverage radius)
Anyone of your customers within the (minimum coverage radius) will not get a good signal. Customers further out than the (min cov rad) will get a good signal. So if your customers are closer than the (min cov rad) than lower your antenna.
