I dont think anyone makes an electronicaly tilted ant there are some ants that have a downtil built in already, I guess you could kind of call this electronic but its just the way the ant is made. http://www.pacwireless.com/html/sector.html sells a Horizontal polerized 90* sector and a 360* sector that I use and workes AWESOME!!! you may be running into interference in the vertical polarity which we did as well when first starting out. Once we switch to an H pol and BANG we got MUCH better results..
