Thanks for the suggestions. Actually, we were first a computer service
company before we were an ISP and now a WISP. I have been in the computer
business for 25 years, and have two techs who are super computer geeks.
That is what has been so frustrating - we can normally fix any computer
problem in short order, but this one has been a nightmare. We did clean and
disinfect the computer, updated their virus definitions and did a complete
scan. Right now I have two problems, and they are compounding each other.
I have talked to the customer and told them the situation and we are
formulating a plan. First, I have to get my tower climber to replace a bad
POE on the access point facing that customer because the access point keeps
going down. Then, we are going to go out there with the laptop and see if
we can get a good signal. If we can, then they can either have the person
who built their computer come fix it, or they can pay us to do it. And at
this point, the only way I know to fix it is to reformat it, it is too
corrupted.

Thanks to all for your help,
Gloria
