If you noticed on my last reply, the “BIG ASS” pic is not there.  I don’t mean to perpetuate this but are you using 15” monitors with 640x480 res. or is it just that tough to scroll down the page.  At any rate, it’s gone and maybe now we can get back to the real problem.

UPDATE – Same problem but also when I try to do “firmware upgrade” it shows no adapter connected.  Device manager shows everything working fine.  Even if I hover over the systray, hoping to catch the elusive airmonitor icon, when I do click on the icon the window pops up but then disappears along with the icon.  Please help
