Here is a Pic of my Main AP where my T-1 line is. The following IP's are links from 4 other repeaters.

.3 House Link 3.5 miles (D-Link DWL-900)
.175 Ben Link 18 miles (APPO)
.186 Abo Link 6.5 miles (APPO)
.183 SUFI Link 15 miles (APPO)

The other customers are CPE's ...

.215 2 blocks (D-Link DWL-900)
.111 1/2 mile D-Link DWL-900)
.36 < 1/2 mile (D-Link DWL-900)
.217 7 miles (D-Link DWL-900)
.110 6.5 miles (D-Link DWL-900)
.176 15 miles (APPO)
.49 1/2 mile (D-Link DWL-900)
.210 5 miles.(D-Link DWL-900)

Yes most of my equipment is cheep D-Links. The repeaters are APPO except .187 / .186 which is are D-Links. Most all my customers are on 21-24 DBi Grid antennas. The repeater links use 24 DBI grids. The Repeater AP's use 15 DBi omni's. The Rssi and LQ I think is pretty close.

How is your set-up ? Mine is small compared to most I think.
