This is pretty new case. Is the device functioning now after pulling the cat5 cable? Do you mean there isn't Cat5 cable connected earlier? Does both the Ethernet and wirelessly working (can associate and pass traffic)?

Does this fit any of the various failure scenerios seen over the last three months?
