This is pretty new case. Is the device functioning now after pulling the
cat5 cable? Do you mean there isn't Cat5 cable connected earlier? Does
both the Ethernet and wirelessly working (can associate and pass
traffic)?

Subject: [smartBridges] Lost ether. / radio

Have a customer using ABTot since early June - powered down everything
to
leave for the holiday weekend - came back today and powered up - on the
radio no blue (tx/rx) light, no green (pwr) light, flashing orange light
and
flashing green light on pwr injector/pod - no link light on his NIC when
connected to the pwr injector - when he pulls the cat5 running to the
radio
from the pwr injector, the pwr injectors green light stays on solid.

This radio was out of a group from 3/24/03 or 5/1/03.

Taking the recovery utility and a new pwr injector to his house.

Does this fit any of the various failure scenerios seen over the last
three
months?

Thanks for any suggestions,
Mickey
