Has anyone successfully used the APPO with YDI EtherAnt IIs? We replaced a YDI uniPOP with one of the SB devices and it has been nothing but problems! The YDI devies become "unassociated" from the APPO. The unit was shipped from Electo-Comm and arrived on 01-Oct-03. The first night I had complaints of customers losing internet access. I tried updating the firmware from the 1.4.j.6 to 1.4.j.8. The unit still has problems. In fact looking at the client info page you can see the clients disappear. I tried this Beta version 1.4.j.9 that I received from tech. support in Singapore and it didn't help.
We've gone back to the YDI uniPOP for now. The SmartBridges device will be sent back to Electro-Comm on Monday. Has anyone had any experience with Tranzeo APs or DemarcTech APs?
