Hi Dennis,   In order to achieve better upstream and downstream link, the minimum acceptable level of RSSI is about 60 -65 %, however ideally the minimum for a good stable link should be around 75%. With the help of our latest simplMonitor, you can define your own RSSI value. These values are calculated from the Base band values (0-40) and the maximum is 40. The values are converted 0-100 scale with formula (-10dbm) and displayed as % values. The link quality is displayed only as % but is the same conversion applies to RSSI also. The percentage value should be able to provide an indication how good the Received signal is. (E.g.
