This trap is telling you that a station (trapSTAMacAddress) is
reassociating with that APP. This is usually due to a week or unstable
link. Try improving the link quality or turn off SNMP traps in the APP.
Set 1.3.6.1.4.1.410.1.1.1.3 (sysTrapSwitch) to 0 to disable traps.
