Hi Pascal,

 

Our products have very large installed bases in worldwide and compatibility has been proven with virtually every manufacturer.

 

There are 1 or 2 customers reported this issue and then we have requested Tranzeo Tech to send one CPE unit to try with our Access point, but so far NO RESPONSE from them.

 

May be sounds like some kind of compatibility issue with this particular model/this particular firmware on the TR-CPE.  Since we do no have a TR-CPE unit, we are unable to try with our new firmware.

 

If you have the unit, please try with our new firmware loaded on the APPO and then give us your feedback. But watchdog feature only activated in the CB, Repeater and WB mode.

 

We will try to contact Tranzeo Tech guys again on this matter.  Thank you

I was just about to try a tranzeo TR-CPE.

 

Salesman told me that they have a loss association problem with the

Smartbridges APP.

 

I wonder if Smartbridges know about this issue ???

 

Does the watchdog firmware on SB APP solve this issue ???

 

Or is this another salesman story ???

 

They also sent me a Email explaining the issue & it is pretty close to

what we have seen before the watchdog firmware.
