I get mine from mycableshop.com but it looks like pcteckonline has the same cable on sale right now at about 25% off. This is the non-gel filled cable with the ground wire. It's tough to get through the compression fitting but with a little vasoline it can be done.

I need the thin stuff, not the thick-and-hard-to-run stuff.
 
Also, need the shield to have the rip cord for grounding.
