One of our cable distributors offered us a great price on some Belden 1624R.
It is shielded riser rated Cat5, but is only $60 per 1000 ft roll. They
thought it was outdoor and were offering it to us for a little more, but we
got the price down when we cross-referenced it with Belden specs.

I get mine from mycableshop.com but it looks like pcteckonline has the same cable on sale right now at about 25% off. This is the non-gel filled cable with the ground wire. It's tough to get through the compression fitting but with a little vasoline it can be done.

I need the thin stuff, not the thick-and-hard-to-run stuff.
 
Also, need the shield to have the rip cord for grounding.
