Baffled by the slower rates..  I wonder with the higher sensitivity of 
the SB if background noise is an issue..  (i.e. that this is 
actually "generating" interference...  


I wonder.  Has anybody done a SA on SB equipment?  How clean is its 
channel transmission (i.e. sidelobes vs main transmission?).  I know 
there are standards to meet, but exactly how good is it?

  

One thing that helped my Trango (5.8) network was putting in a noise 
level threshold..  (i.e. filter anything -75 dbm and greater).  Would a 
similar type filter help the DSSS space as well?  Wouldn't that be nice?
