A few of the clients have really, really old firmware (the kind that doesn't allow remote monitoring). So I bet they're still stuck at 192.168.0.22.
None of the APs have dupe IPs. One weekend a few months ago, I made the mistake of blocking client communications on a Friday afternoon w/o checking what it would do to my customers. I had a gazillion phone calls within 24 hours from people wanting to know why they were offline. Enabled client2client comm and they were all back up. !!??!! I've tested it twice since then. Same results.
