You need to install RASPPPoE software on the
clients PC (technically, the license states they - the client - must download
and install it, you are not supposed to supply it). http://www.raspppoe.com/
Basically it installs a PPPoE layer, so
Windows can deal with the PPP piped over ethernet connection. If the client
is using linux or *bsd, the support already exists (tho they'd have to configure
it themselves I'd imagine).
