I would assume that there is a airBridge at the customer side.

So
NOC -> airBridge - airPoint -> airBridge -> Customer
if it really is like he shows then it's kind of turned around.

Also important to keep in mind is that a airBridge will not pass more
then 64 MAC address so do avoid use these as backhaul radios.
