HI,

You're trying to route behind an ABO. That's not a good go, due to the
MAC masquerading properties of the ABO, the ABO is supposed to be at the
customers side not at the NOC side.

NOC -> APPO <----> ABO -> Customer

Isn't this an incorrect setup?

I thought you'd need either an AP at the NOC end or another ABO at the
APPO 
end.
