We recently got a MikroTik router setup on our network, and have loved it thus
far. One thing we want to be able to do with it is obviously Bandwidth Throttling.
I have read through the documentation about Queues and Data Rate Management. However
I have not seen any information for throttling an individual alone without creating a
global throttle rule for the interface (network segment).
Is this possible?
We are using masquerading (nat) and I have read the instructions indicating we need to
us IP Mange for managing upload traffic.
Please help me out in any way you can,
