I would love to have copies of those screen shots as well, if you don't mind. I have had my MikroTik for a couple of months but still haven't had time to figure out how to use it for bandwidth control either.

One thing we want to be able to do with it is obviously Bandwidth Throttling. I have read through the documentation about Queues and Data Rate Management. However I have not seen any information for throttling an individual alone without creating a global throttle rule for the interface (network segment). Is this possible? We are using masquerading (nat) and I have read the instructions indicating we need to us IP Mange for managing upload traffic.
