Colin, I too have Cisco's and can get the same data. The problem is with uploads and your screen looks similar to mine.. no errors on "receive" cause the AP never got it OR its buried in the CRC Check errors contained in the network diagnostics page of the Cisco.... But the problem there is you don't know which clients cause the CRC errors, and what caused the crc error (data collision from Multi-pathing or hidden node issues, bad signal, etc..)
The only place you get data that can help is the CPE... And yes, we are thinking of putting a Cisco out there to help diagnose....
