Do you mean real wusb (as in USB over a wireless connection) or just a wifi USB 
adapter?   The former is removed I think since there are nearly no such devices 
and the WUSB group and industry support for it pretty much disintegrated years 
ago. However the latter should be possible to enable with dladm and/or svcadm 
but this admittedly seems rather strange since it suggests you are running 
smartos on bare metal on a laptop or some such?   I expect you might have a lot 
of difficulties with that as the smartos distro is tuned for servers and misses 
many things you'd want in a workstation type deployment.
