OTP is an optional field that can be filled if you have set up the user to use 
a YubiKey for authentication, for a new users this is usually (and in the case 
of DogeOS certainly) not the case so you can leave it blank without worries :)

Sorry that the documentation wasn’t clear on that will change that!
