If the user doesn’t exist it sounds like something went wrong during the 
install, you can add it after the fact with the following commands:

fifoadm users add admin
fifoadm users passwd admin admin
fifoadm users grant admin ... (please not those are 3 separate dots not the 1 … 
character)
