after doing apt-get --reinstall -install
for all my packages (to see if the sudden deep freezes would be remedied
by it) i was bitten by the very same bug. i do not really understand how
that could happen since neither zhone nor python-evas where _updated_, but
anyway ...
because it is seemingly impossible to cross compile python-evas, since it
a) needs python2.4 (god knows, why "python2.4" is hardcoded) and b)
evas.pc was not found despite being installed i decided to build it on the
fr.
