http://pkg-fso.alioth.debian.org/freerunner/configure-uboot.sh is just a redirect to http://git.debian.org/?p=pkg-fso/files.git&a=blob_plain&f=install.sh, so should always be up-to-date. (The date in the directory overview is just a dummy date.
