Hi fellow citizen!

Nokia Symbians (like the N95 you have) are incompatible - this is
already stated in the compatibility list.
For the SEs, I don't know these models.

If you feel its your wrong (I don't...) you can always try and give
this "AT+CPIN?" from the hyperterminal - you should get "ERROR" from
there as well.
