I guess that there is still an error there... Status "U" changes to
"Q", and if you wait a bit longer it should be changed to
"F" (failed).

The recipient starts with "80xxx", right? Is this an international
prefix, as I cannot find in lists like this:
http://www.countrycallingcodes.com/Reverse-Lookup.php
Make sure you are prefixing your numbers with your country code.
