I am running a new Macbook (very nice) and might be in a position to get one of the new displays with the new connectiors (Mini Display port). I currently use an old Xerox 17".
I don't do a lot of graphics work but I appreciate good quality screens and often have so many windows open that I need more space (and Spaces is not the answer, unfortunately). What I want to know is - do I get value for money? Or would a Dell (etc) screen of the same size and resolution still be 'pretty good' at under half the price?
