Hi Virginia Also, most PC laptops have a switch on the case which controls the WiFi card. I've lost count of the number of phonecalls I've received from people unable to get online because the switch has been turned off in their bags! There's sometimes a light on the case to let you know the WiFi card is on, any switch that says on or off, make sure it's on ;)
