Hi Jason,
I used the speedtest and Im eventually got a reading of 0.01 !? The  
disk is 148.0GB with 40.9GB free and yes I have restarted several times.
What problems does restarting cause? I am not much of a computer aware  
bod  so my restarts after doing updates etc. may have caused
problems, I just don't know.
