Sounds like you've got a browser plugin installed for nowtorrent, have  
a look in the following folders :

Macintosh HD > Library > Internet Plug-ins
Macintosh HD > Users > (your username) > Library > Internet Plug-Ins

If there are any files with nowtorrent in the name just move them to  
your desktop and then launch Safari. If all's well and nowtorrent's  
gone from Safari it's safe to delete the file you moved to your  
desktop. Be sure not to delete any files relating to flash or quicktime.
