Thanks all, Nowtorrents seems to have disappeared. I think "my" problem has been with "Top Sites". How do I disable this feature, I really don't want it! Have reset Safari, but Top Sites still seems to pop up with lots of pages I have previously visited. I've searched the Top Sites preferences and the Missing Manual for how to get rid of it, but perhaps its embedded and can't be removed. What's the point of Top Sites, isn't that what the Bookmarks bar is for? Anyway, thanks again, all.
