My iPhone 3G lost its metal cap on the Mute switch recently so I made
an appointment at the Genius Bar to see if it could be fixed. Arrived
5 minutes before my appointment time, was seen immediately, and 10
minutes later I left with a replacment iPhone 3G. No hassle apart from
Apple's love of paper records. Didn't even look at the iPhone which
has several long cracks on the back case. Didn't query that it was out
of warranty by 3 months. Nothing just a replacement which they got
authorised with O2 straightaway.

Just one reason to like Apple!
