I think iPad version 1 is a different beast to iPhone version 1. iPad is using
tried and tested software and the hardware is not dramatically different from
previous Apple products like the MacBook Air and iPhone.

In my view, the new iPhone was much more of a risky, early adopter product then
the iPad is. I'd be surprised if we see the iPad being updated quite as often
as the iPhone has been.

All the best,
Jason
