Ignorance is no excuse but they do make me laugh at pc world ive lost count the 
amout of times they have found child abuse on a machine burnt it to dvd and 
then wiped the hard drive. Leaving us no evidence as such. ive told them to 
phone us and leave the machine alone they still go ahead and do as they 
please.... If it wasnt so serious t would be funny.
