We unfortunatley struggle with the volume of work already without adding to the 
load . It sounds clinical but its a fact of life there are only seven of us. 
But i agree in principle wasting police time would be a suitable charge but its 
never gonna happen education is the key which takes more time . We would go and 
investigate the person if there was loads of stuff on the dvd and bosh their 
door but the stuff from their computer at pc world is inadmisable .

a test case of a prosecution against a branch manager for doing something 
(perverting? obstructing?) to the course of justice would probably force a 
change of company policy, don't you think?...
