Out of luck as the Apple TV only has HDMI output. Streaming from my iMac works very well as does streaming from iPad where apps allow it.
Never use the built in tuners of the TV so would welcome a monitor with a variety of inputs - 4 HDMI as a minimum, VGA, and Thunderbolt - and no tuners as I think the external source box is the way forward. If you are streaming video take a careful look at modern plasma versus LCD screens as plasma shows high speed motion much better and modern plasma is much more energy efficient than 2-3 years ago.
