Morning all Opinions on whether to finally get an Apple TV with the advent of Lion (& I suppose iOS 5 in due course).
We have a venerable CRT telly, picture excellent so disinclined to get a new HDTV until the majority of broadcasts are in HD, which will be some years yet I imagine. Presumably an Apple TV will work with it (confess I haven't checked on Apple website). Thinking for streaming of music and video in the main, of course there's never anything on telly, so iTunes rentals may be an option. Purchases possible I suppose, especially with iCloud coming, but where to store and back up needs to be considered. Currently have 1.5TB attached via USB to Airport Extreme. Thoughts? Thanks.
