Hi Peter The passwords are case-sensitive so bare that in mind. Another thing to try would be to go to http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.1.1 (whichever gets you to the superhub settings), log in there (default is admin / changeme). Go into the wireless settings and reset the wireless password to something else, give it 5 mins then try joining your ipad to the network again.
