Hi Adam Get them to run a speed test at www.speedtest.net, then see if the results are consistent over a few tests. If the performance is stuttering, that'll be machine speed/capability. If it's buffering then that'll be the internet connection.
I'd always recommend upgrading to Infinity as the speeds are so good, but you may need to upgrade the RAM in your iMac as well. What's the processor speed?
