I recently set up a secondary account email address for my mother to use on my BT account.
Mail on Mac OS Snow Leopard wants to call it an IMAP account, even though my other secondary addresses (for my wife for example) are all showing as btinternet POP accounts. Consequently she is unable to download mail at present. What is Mac Mail doing when it sets up the account?..and how do I change it?
