Would anyone like to come and collect a dead G5 Powermac from central
brighton before it gets skipped?

Suitable for parts, it is a 2CPU 2Ghz model with PCI-X slots.  The hard
disks and memory is removed, the superdrive is still there, and the overall
problem with the unit is that it doesn't power on - no diagnostic lights
appear on the board or anything - which is apparently quite a tricky repair
to do unless you have another donor G5 with a working power supply...
 (Which I don't but you might do...)
