When printing was invented way back that was a stable and therefore helpful 
technology for 100s of years which is only now being eclipsed.
Apple it seems to me are becoming a bit of a dictator and not just supplying 
useful tools and solutions to help their customers.
There must be a lot of people who would like to keep the OS up to date and 
secure but don’t need to change the way they store photos or even process them.
