swapfile0 is the Mac’s virtual memory swap file, though it should be in /var/vm not /vm
I’d click the Go menu > Go to Folder > /var/vm and check there’s a few swap files there, if yes, delete the /vm folder (leaving /var/vm in place) Regards Sam MacAmbulance Ltd.
