I know the notification you mean, and I had a look in Settings/Notifications and can't find anything that might affect this. Now I'm going to see if it pops up on mine or not (it rarely gets that low). It might be helpful to know which version of the OS you're running. So 'I don't know' is my helpful answer but to look further into it, we need the OS version (I suspect it changed with an upgrade – did you upgrade recently?)
