I think he meant to go the website https://www.icloud.com
In effect, that's the 'central store' so you're trying to find out if it
gets pushed to particular devices (ie, they are synchronising).

Thanks for your reply, Sam. How do I create a new contact in iCloud?
If I go to Settings - iCloud - there is an option to turn on Private
Relay - but no option to open contacts.

If a device doesn’t, go to settings > apple account > iCloud >
disable and enable contacts syncing, selecting to delete all when
switching sync off. You’ll loose any unsynced contacts so make a
note of any important ones which haven’t synced yet

Hi Smuggers. Why is my iPhone not syncing with my iPad? For
instance, if I enter a contact on my iPad it does not appear in
contacts on my phone. Likewise, an app downloaded on my iPad
doesn’t appear on my phone, I’ve checked in settings on both
appliances. Both have sync with iCloud turned on. It used to work
but since one of recent updates they no loner sync. Any advice would
be much appreciated. Phone is 13Pro. iPad is Pro IOS18.11.
