Charles may have already answered this, but our Tivo has a dual receiver
built into it so as long as you have two sat. lines running into it, you can
record 2 programs on 2 different channels at the same time. They are pretty
cool. My only problem right now is I'm not paying my monthly subscription to it
to have that 35 hours of record time so about all I can do is pause it. Waiting
till I get a job or something to do that again.
Ok educate me some more about
Tivo, so I'll know whenever we are able to get one. lol I know you can record
several hours of shows without a tape or anything.....but can you record
multiple shows at the same time with one of those? Meaning two shows, on two
different channels on at once?
Just curious, if not they need to
invent something that can do that. lol Since we want another Dish, I'm
thinking when we do about the one that comes with a DVR built in the receiver.
By the sound of it, sounds like a Tivo unit.....know anything about
those?
I know one thing, when we are able
to get one.....and able to start collecting some of the Dvd's I want...I'll be
like Lowell working on last years. ROFL
