I have no clue why
it would do that. But that is really weird though.
You know, this is just a tad
weird. I saved the Smiley Central link the Rev sent, but hadn't done
anything with it. I leave and go and watch Hack, The District, and
Mutant X and come back and my e-mail now has a Smiley Central task
bar in it. Nicole swears she didn't download anything so where did it
come from???
Like the stationary, useing
it now....but it "appears" to slow things down too much. Weird thing is,
where on earth did it come from? lol

Ok so that's what I would
need to make sure before buying it, that it had 2 tuners in the
receiver with the DVR correct? I noticed the ads they were
running for two room systems, you could get the DVR in one
receiver....I suppose you could get it in both if you wanted to pay
for it...not sure....

It's basically a computer
motherboard with a hard drive. Everything is saved to the disk
in a compressed format. Yes, most Tivo units have the ability
to record two shows at once, or watch one and tape one assuming you
have two input sources. Split cable, two satellite receivers,
etc.
At one time Dish used Replay
instead of Tivo units to power their DVR options. Replay is a
similar service, but it is not the industry leader. It's
Tivo's competitor. I think it is jointly owned by
Microsoft. If you get the reciever with a DVR built in then it
usually has 2 receivers built in to it. I know my direct tv
with tivo has two tuners.
